Guy was a rude dick. Doesn’t understand social distancing rules. While he and another customer didn’t have masks on he yelled at me to cover my nose 20 ft away. Makes up his own rules while stating he doesn’t make the rules. 🖕 For excellent service go to PartsCo in Tannersville instead. 👍

Sorry you feel this way, the other customer you are referring to is a personal friend who I am in contact with every week, and social distancing guidelines were being followed with the distance between us. RecommendedI do not know what the last reviewer is talking about. I entered Jewell Appliance this afternoon around 2:00 PM. wearing my mask, as I do when entering any store. Scott the owner was behind the counter with a mask that covered his mouth and nose. I ordered parts for my Maytag dryer yesterday afternoon and had them in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Jewell Appliance.
So I recently purchased a treager ironwood from Scott. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Scott was not only friendly, courteous and really helpful to me as a novice, he treated me as a regular guy. Joking and genuinely real. Something you don’t get much of these days. Considering what all is going on he went out of his way to get me the grill as soon as he could and even helped load it on my truck.
