They told my tire puncher is not able to repair as it punched in angular direction and it is not legal to repair . Tire is almost brand new which purchased through them not long ago. Nail was located on middle of thread area ( not on shoulder / not on side wall) . I checked the legal status and not anywhere mension not to repair unless it is in shoulder or sidewall or if tire is not in good condition or puncher is more thn 6mm. They told they work to higher standards but i rather say inability .
These guys are absolute legends. They have helped me out multiple times for tyre punctures and are always willing to fit me in for last minute repairs. Quick and friendly service!
