13:31, 5/11/25, bloke has a crap attitude. Like he is doing me a favour! 2nd time having a bad experience here. Simple question asked about a spare steel rim for a trailer!
Rude and rushed no customer service , spoke to me like he would speak to his mates at the pub on a Friday night (very late on a Friday night )
I came into the Traralgon outlet on a Saturday morning after a tyre puncture the day before, and the friendly team had me back on the road with a new tyre within a couple of hours, despite being flat chat! The young bloke that served me was friendly, polite and informative and got the job done with no nonsense. Super impressed with the service and will be back again (hopefully not too soon!). Much appreciated!
