I went in to Bob Jane Traralgon this week with my mate and we were served by Gary. He would have to be the rudest salesperson I have ever encountered. There are plenty other businesses like this in the area and that’s where I will take my business next time.
I recently purchased new wheels and tyres from Gary and the team at Bob Jane T-Marts and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Gary was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on making sure I got the right setup for my car. I purchased four brand-new tyres from Bob Jane Traralgon. The staff were friendly and helpful, however the overall experience was not too good. I had to visit the store three times to get the job done properly. On my first visit, the tyres were fitted and aligned, but the wheel balancing wasn’t completed due to the machine being unavailable. I returned the following week for balancing, but after driving on the freeway I noticed the alignment was still off, as the car was pulling to one side. This meant I had to make a third ... read more
Bloody ripper team! Sent in our daughter to get a repair after a flat and being a young lady we were worried about her being taken advantage of. The lads (Gary was exceptional) took care of her, changed the tyre, found it didn't have a hole, no charge, refitted the tyre and sent her on her way. A massive recommendation from us! Thankyou.
