I purchased four brand-new tyres from Bob Jane Traralgon. The staff were friendly and helpful, however the overall experience was not too good. I had to visit the store three times to get the job done properly. On my first visit, the tyres were fitted and aligned, but the wheel balancing wasn’t completed due to the machine being unavailable. Bloody ripper team! Sent in our daughter to get a repair after a flat and being a young lady we were worried about her being taken advantage of. The lads (Gary was exceptional) took care of her, changed the tyre, found it didn't have a hole, no charge, refitted the tyre and sent her on her way. A massive recommendation from us! Thankyou.

Bob Jane Traralgon has provided our fleet with great service providing professional and pleasant advice and follow up. We are quite happy. We were previously happy at Costco moorabin but Costco’s online ordering is shocking and we find the ease in which we can deal with Bob Jane much better and at the same price without having to make the drive. Thank you.
