Awesome place to go for all tyre needs. Great prices, friendly staff and overall excellent service. Laura did my wheel alignment and it was the best job I've seen yet. She was also super friendly.
Shout out to Frank and the whole crew at Bob Jane Sunbury, they got me in at short notice for a puncture repair on my daily driver today, car in, screw extracted and tyre repaired in a flash and back out on the road. Booked car via phone for wheel alignment. No notes from previous day phone conversation about rear wheel camber issue. No notes in booking about 99 dollar price. Agent was adamant it was $149 for a byd atto3 alignment, despite being advised over the phone this was for increased labour such as in teslas. I asked him to call his boss. He refused. Will have a look at other alignment places
Both Frank and Paul were so helpful to deal with. I got numerous quotes from other local tyre businesses and bob Jane’s customer service stood out by miles. They also did their best to fit me in on short notice. Will definitely use them again :)
