I enjoyed my interaction with Darren Thompson for a new set of Yokohama tyres at Bob Jane tyres in Sunbury. He was very thorough with questioning with what my ute does and spelt out clearly what each of the Yokohama tyres do. I have always dealt with Bob Jane as they always put you back on the road safely and support you after that when you are rubbing your head thinking is it rotation time. A great Australia company. Was told it was a training day and know one could help. Why was the work shop open if there was no service available to anyone. I Will never attend this shop again!
