Always made to feel comfortable at Bob James. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting room is always clean and comfortable.
I'll start with, I can not speak more highly of Bruce and his staff. I thought I was going to have a battle with a major tyre brand over an issue, Bruce took charge and made everything simple and really assisted in the correspondence with said tyre brand. Nothing was a bother and the end result couldn't of worked out better. Again, cheers to Bruce and his staff, awesome job team.
I have been frequenting this establishment for around 10 years, and I can't recommend them enough. Great service always.
