I am very disappointed with the service. The vehicle was returned in an unacceptable condition, with oil and dirt on the driver’s seat, door handle, gear shift, steering wheel, and surrounding areas. In addition, the payment process took an unusually long time to complete. I expected the vehicle to be handled with greater care and the service to be more efficient.
Massive shoutout to Bob Jane Strathpine - after an unfortunate puncture by a dastardly bolt a few days before a long holiday drive they managed to expedite the delivery for next day of a new tyre and had it fitted just in time. The team from start to finish were friendly and accommodating and I really appreciated the solid handover from one day to the next to the reasons as to why there was some urgency to get it fixed. Highly recommend these folks.
