Caleb demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills when explaining an issue about one of my tyres. He put me at ease by assuring me he would help to resolve the issue with the support of a nearby mechanical workshop. He helped to arrange the replacement part and then did the wheel alignment. What a great team! We replaced our old A/Ts and the Springwood team looked after us, very well. Excellent product knowledge. They also took the time to understand our requirements, and made recommendations based on that. They weren't there just to make a sale. From start to finish, they were friendly and professional.

I can not thank the team at Bob Jane Springwood enough, they have been excellent to deal with, they were able to order my specific tyres in and get the job done 100% to my saticfaction, wheels torqued to spec and not just done with a rattle gun as well as resetting my tyre pressure sensors was a nice touch also.
