Had a great experience at the Springwood branch. Staff Jim and others were friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for my past experiences at McGregor and Browns Plains there’s a big difference in customer service. Springwood really stands out. I’d definitely recommend this branch over the others.
