I was in there waiting room for 2 hours with a company name on and no one come to talk to me about what was needed. 2 hours waiting no reason. Not even a sorry. We 6 company 6 vans we will go any place but here
The four-wheel alignment service was extremely poor. I bought four new tires. The first time they did the alignment, they messed up and wore out the two front tires unevenly. I told them it was their fault and came back for a check as they had instructed. Then I moved the undamaged rear tires to the front and the worn-out ones to the back. After the second alignment, they told me to come back for a check after 5,000 kilometers. But when I did, the two good front tires were worn out again.
