The worst customer service and experience. took my SUV for a wheel alignment and was charge in full a few weeks ago. Even tho they could not align the front. I was told to go to a mechanic to loosen right side and that the mechanic and they would know what to do. Took it back a second time after taking car from mechanic. 2nd attempt and was told they can still can not complete the wheel alignment again. Hi all, I must share my experience at Bob Jane Springvale, in particular the service from the manager Goutham who went above and beyond. I went to get my car serviced with 4 new tires. It was seamless and timely given the last minute notice. Goutham took the time to explain the options for my car and gave me a good deal. Once I picked up the car, one of the tires was abit flat but as soon as I got home it was completely flat. I returned the next morning and the staff at Bob Jane fixed the tire issue at no extra costs. Really... read more

Booked a alignment service, 10am.Turn up. Told 2 people turned up sick, No alignment possible. Does happen, First time tried B jane after many yrs , Once burnt never again at this store.
