Everything was great thank you. Shout out to Graham on reception- whilst I was waiting for my car I saw a couple of different customers be quite verbally abusive towards him & yet he remained professional and calm. He still had a smile for the next customer despite being shouted at just before!
I found a bolt in my tyre after hours and had to leave my car overnight at Bob T Jane so I can get it repaired the next day. I rang in the morning and the team was so lovely on the phone & said they could repair it in an hour’s time. I went to drop the car keys off and it was done within half an hour, and they manage to patch the Tyre up without it needing to be completely replaced, saving me $$. Again super friendly and kind at the counter, I am very pleased. Thank you very much for a wonderful, hassle-free experience!
