Untrained staff, worst experience ever… booked appointment for tyres and allignment… unfortunately alignment wasn’t done properly so had to reschedule just to be told that it will take 3 hours even though we called prior.
Bob Jane T-marts Shepparton were absolutely amazing, helping me out and not taking advantage of a woman like many other car related places have. The team were friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend them.
Thank you Bob Jane Shepparton. We had two tyres blow out heading home to Melbourne and had the car towed to the shop late Friday night. Saturday morning I was on their doorstep with my wife, daughter and dog. I was met with sincere help, but they didn't have the tyres that matched our car. The good news is I found them at another tyre shop around the corner, and without hesitation the employee handed me his own car keys and told me to go and pick them up. Who does that? The team at Shepp are so professional - great advice, and I knew by the quotes I received for tyres on both our cars was virtually unbeatable so it saved me from shopping around. The tyres fitted give a way smoother and quieter ride than the previous run flats. Highly recommend these guys!
