I only went in as i originally had a wheel alignment and 2 new tyres booked in at bridgestone but I had 1 lock nut on each tyre and unfortunately lost the tool for it. I had the spare normal lug nuts in my car and bridgestone told me i need to find the tool to be able to change the tyres etc. I walked in to Bob Jayne just hoping for them to be able to assist with the lock nuts but not only were they able to assist and get them off but they also fit me in straight away for a wheel alignment and 2 new tyres.
