Excellent Service and Comfortable Experience! Had my first visit to Bob Jane T-Marts Robina after driving over a builder’s bolt that punctured my front driver's side tyre. The person I spoke to when booking was incredibly helpful and worked around my busy schedule with no fuss. The repair took about 1.5 hours and the waiting room was surprisingly comfortable with plenty of seating, charging stations for devices (great if you need to work), and a coffee/tea station. I had a punctured tire and called the team at Bob Jane to see if they could help. They asked me to come in right away and started working on my car soon after I arrived. About 45 minutes later, they handed back the keys and said, “You’re ready to go,” without charging me a thing, even though I offered to pay. I really appreciate their help and would recommend these guys any time. I was referred by my dealership and I’m very glad I went. I’ll definitely return for any future tire needs. Thank you!!
Took it in due to a slow leak and was fully expecting to have to replace the tyre, and therefore both tyres. They found a screw, removed it and repaired it and did it free because of some deal on a Saturday. I can’t recall the last time something like that happened so thanks for making my day!
