Called in to pick up my tyre that had to be replaced Shane was serving customers, but went out of his way to make sure l got it fitted to my Ute In a in a very busy period. Just great service well done.
Had the best experience, on a busy Saturday. They fitted my car in late afternoon as I had a nail in tyre. Waited in their waiting room. Turned out was a screw but didn’t make it all the way through. All tyres were low pressure. They pumped them up . At zero cost for their time. Super impressed.
I discovered an almost flat tyre due to a nail embedded in it. I rolled into the Redcliffe centre where a very helpful worker stayed back for 10 mins after 5pm to take the tyre off and put a temporary one on to get home. I had a text approx 8:30 am the next morning to say my tyre repair was ready to pick up. Such great service from the worker who was very Friendly and helpful.
Needing new tyres on the Volvo i shopped around then approached Bob Jane Redcliffe. Phillip advised me I only needed 2 front tyres as others were in excellent condition. He could also provide the tyres within 48hrs, other outlets advised up to 2mths wait due to the type of tyre. Bob Jane Redcliffe he won my custom.
