Excellent customer service from the team at Prospect. Very happy with the cost and the fitting of a full set of tyres.

These guys really know how to run a top-notch business. Same-day turnaround for four tyres and a wheel alignment they said 90 minutes, and it was exactly that. They promised a call back, and they actually did. Clear upfront quote, no surprises at payment. They genuinely know their tyres well, and understand what customers need. The advice they gave me (and others) was spot-on. Super friendly, super efficient, and their waiting area is clean, quiet, and comfortable (with coffee too). Thanks guys, I'll be back.
I first came to Bob Jane Prospect a few years ago on a friend’s recommendation for a puncture repair on my expensive custom forged rims. Other shops had struggled with these wheels - some even chipped the paint - but the team here handled them with extra care, no damage, and at a fair price. Good service friendly but very average job of balancing wheels brand new rims with the weights on the outside of the rims on 3 of the four tires speaking to an experienced tire fitter this is a very very poor and embarrassing effort on behalf of the tire fitter
