Me and my friend changed tyres recently from there. My friend was told that he will get the 4th tyre free, but he was charged. And both of us are having alignment issues after changing tyres.

I have been floating in and out of the Prospect shop for 25+ years now. I can't speak highly enough of Ray and the team - price, service, product. Well done to the team.
I was concerned I may need new tyres at $ 340 each. So I rang these guys. I am sure if I was told two new fronts was the order of the day I'd have bought them. But no, an honest check later and I was told the simply needed rotating and I'd get another 10000 Kms. Full maks for honesty. 8am the next day tyres were duly rotated. Will I be back when new tyres are needed, tes I will.
