Good service helped me out
Avoid. Poor customer service and clearly no one enjoys working here. The mechanic was huffy and puffing and walking around with a chip on his shoulder. I called that morning to book in for a nitrogen tyre refill and was given an appointment time. After driving 20 minutes to get there on my one day off, as well as arranging a babysitter to watch my baby whilst he slept at home so I could attend, I arrived only to be told that they had no nitrogen in the store. Thanks to this team of hardworking people today - I had a flat on the worst possible morning where I had to make a very important meeting, I was therefore in a bit of a panic, limped in with a deflating tyre and needed to pull a favour with these guys. I could see how congested their workbook was with 15 cars already in the queue before me, I explained my predicament and they shuffled the workbook, had my car up on the hoist and flat tyre fixed ASAP.
