Took a screw out of my tyre, quick and easy
Very disappointing experience with Bob Jane T-Marts Port Melbourne. They damaged my brand new wheels while repairing a puncture. I contacted them about the damage afterwards and received no response. My partner and I then went into the store on two separate occasions and spoke directly with the manager. On both occasions, the manager said he would organise to have the damage repaired and contact us. Despite this, I never received a call or any follow-up. On the one hand, I’m sure it’s a sales tactic… though it kind of worked. Picked up a screw in the rear tire of our car the night before I left the country for a month, and when I realized there was a Bob Jane just over a km from our place in port Melbourne, I inflated the tire back to above spec and we limped it over without an appointment first thing in the morning.
