I shared similar experience with the customer who commented about five months ago regarding a rude staff. i visited there recently with one tyre leaking pressure and with warning sign on. Having booked for replacement for all four brand new tyres by the way, i sought his advice if it was save to get the tyres replaced on another day. He countered if i got insurance support and if so no need to worry. In addition, he pointed his own head and told me to 'use your brain'. I found it very rude and insulting. No flexibility. We come here seeking for help it only roughly just needs few minutes and they refused to do so and say we have to wait until next Tuesday! We finally settle our problem from a Chinese repair store. We are on a trip so it is really urgent for us.
