I have been a customer for many years with Bob Jane T Mart at MacGregor. The team of staff are very welcoming when entering the store. Scott, Gary and Chris in the office display a professional service and honesty when entering the store with every customer. The team working in the workshop also work to a highly professional standard making sure every car is safe to leave the work shop. Appalling Service, Dishonest Conduct, and Unprofessional Behaviour I would strongly advise against using Bob Jane T-Marts Morayfield. After paying over $800 for new tyres, I discovered that two hubcaps were missing — one never re-fitted, and another that flew off while driving, which is a serious safety hazard. Even more concerning, I later found that my near-new spare tyre had been removed and replaced with one of my old, completely bald tyres — the same tyres I was told were unsafe to drive on. John & the team absolutely exceptional, had the Pirelli tyres for my mercedes SLK 350 & got me in on Saturday afternoon after I had unexpected puncture, tyres fitted & alignment done so quickly and could not believe how much bettter car drove after alignment , old school service which is so hard to get these days, totally recommend
Had four tyres put on back of Silverado. They replaced my steel light truck valve stems with standard rubber car ones. The did not balance the wheels! When I questioned this the manager reluctantly agreed to balance them but stated to me that once they are bolted together they will no longer be in balance. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Best Tyre people in the business. Excellent service from start to finish. I had a problem with some mag wheels, and it was sorted without dramas or problems. I asked my mechanic for a wheel alignment, and he said the best place for it was Bob Jane Capalaba. Coming from him, that's a big rap.

Had an emergency tyre issue travelling from Bairnsdale to Mount Gambier. Bob Jane staff said call in first thing in the morning and they will check it out. Tyre had delaminated. Fitted two new tyres while I waited. bridgestone Ecopia 001"s. Very nice. Their price was much better than tyre store in Bairnsdale where I purchased another two
