I had a very disappointing experience at Bob Jane. I came in with a punctured tyre there was a clear nail in it and the tyre was nearly flat. The receptionist (an Indian gentleman) was extremely rude, lacked basic manners, and didn’t even bother to greet. When I asked for a simple repair, he abruptly refused and claimed they were “too busy,” even though there were multiple empty bays and the garage clearly wasn’t full. I had a booking at 12:00 PM for a tyre repair and wheel alignment. After waiting for three hours, the job hadn’t even started. I spoke to the manager, who simply said that three staff members had called in sick and they were short-staffed — then advised me to rebook for another day. What a joke. What’s the point of making a booking if they can’t honour it? Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
