I ordered a set of Primacy 5s over the phone on Thursday, wheels came in Friday, and had them fitted Saturday morning. Graham was very friendly and accommodating. The whole process was very efficient and done in a reasonable time. Pricing was competitive too. The only small surprise was that a wheel alignment was added on without being mentioned beforehand. I didn’t mind since it may have been needed, but a heads-up would have been appreciated. Overall, great service and I’d definitely recommend.
