The team were able to complete the fitting of all 4 tyres in a timely fashion, even after realising that the tyres ordered for the car did not fit correctly. Very happy with the experience.
Disappointed. Rang and booked in. Apparently the person I spoke to was at a call centre. The actual shop rang back later to say that they could not cope with an alignment. Accepted this and proceeded to drive 1.5hrs to get a set of tyres. Tried to tell me that they now could not fit me in. I insisted that they replace at least two tyres as they were unsafe to continue. Amazing staff-late phone call on a Friday afternoon for emergency flat tyre. Required a new tyre as unable to repair. Fixed before close of business- Thankyou very much to Adrian , Chase and Blair- extremely grateful.
Just had a worrying experience. My husband took our car to have a puncture repaired and a young employee came out and said straight away, you need all four tyres replaced so we can’t fix the puncture. Even though we’ve had it serviced recently and nothing was mentioned about the car needing new tyres. So disappointed in Bob Jane’s. Be wary about the advice you get from these guys
