Amazing staff-late phone call on a Friday afternoon for emergency flat tyre. Required a new tyre as unable to repair. Fixed before close of business- Thankyou very much to Adrian , Chase and Blair- extremely grateful.
Just had a worrying experience. My husband took our car to have a puncture repaired and a young employee came out and said straight away, you need all four tyres replaced so we can’t fix the puncture. Even though we’ve had it serviced recently and nothing was mentioned about the car needing new tyres. So disappointed in Bob Jane’s. Be wary about the advice you get from these guys

John, the store manager, was an absolute legend for my tire service. Changed tire sizes and kept original rims and was straight upfront and doesn't with what to maybe expect and think they might not fit. Not only did he not want to just make a buck and put any tires on to send me on my way, but he educated and explained to me what was required and ensured that my safety and car complied with laws vs just trying to make a buck.
