Spoke to Jon and the boys at Bob Jane and they were fantastic - answered every question I had, priced incredibly competitively and amazing customer service. Will continue to use their store and recommend others to visit if they need a new set of tires like myself.
Mixed. Lied to and let down by one service rep. Good tyre service, very knowledgeable technician and good job once issues were resolved by another rep. Customer service needs to be addressed. I took car for 11am appointment. Got held up 15 minutes because of the day job, was told 2 hours. Got back at 1hr45 and work had not started. Could not stay another 2 hours due to commitments. Dealt mostly with James who has exceptional customer service. Listening to Nathan as well with other customers and a similar story. I overheard with James on a few phone calls, one of being a legal issue with a customer with an unsafe tyre. The way he explained everything in clear detail was of a very high standard. On Saturday we supplied online the existing Michelin code and tyre details including the model type and size and were quoted $1250 for the equivalent tyres in pirelli, with a $100 rebate deal, so we booked in. When I arrived I was told the tyres quoted were the wrong tyres and that they only had Yokohamas in stock for the wider tyre, at a cost of $3500!
