I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your Bob J T Mart location today. I came in for an urgent tire repair for a nail in my tire. Despite the service bay being completely empty, your employee refused to help, stating she was "too busy." She ( young lady with curly hair ) then dismissed my urgent need by suggesting I come back "tomorrow," even though I explained the tire was losing air and this was a quick, 10-minute job.
