Previously good service but my wife’s wheel was damaged after recently having a punctured tyre replaced. No response from a feedback form I sent. *Update* I responded to the post below and it’s been 2 weeks without any form of contact. Edited from a 2 star to a 1 star.
Family had always trusted the company. Been using Bob Janes even before I could drive. Always recommend them to new drivers. The maroochydore crew were so helpful and friendly.
