I personally have been dealing with this store for more than 30 years. I have nothing but praise for the new owners/management and how efficient and professional they and thier technician's are as they really do a fantastic job, I can highly recommend them for all your tire needs. Just took the old work ute in for tires and a wheel alinement great service and seemed drives like new. Thanks
I pulled into Bob Jane because I had a nail in my tyre. They served me immediately and also checked that my other tyres were safe. I needed 2 new tyres (they showed me why), and had the car ready within 1 1/2hrs. Very happy with the service.
No customer service at all. They do not even say hello when you enter. Not helpful at. Have been coming here for years but now will look for another tyre place with better service. Sorry
Steve was very helpful and friendly. Great service. Loved the wheels that were put on my car.
