Myself and my family have used Bob Jane Mandurah for probably 10 years. We have spent many thousands of dollars there over the years ($10k this year alone). I reached out to them (Karl) via email on June 26. Got no response. Emailed again on the 2nd of July. Got a response from Karl asking for additional info for my new tire and rim selection. We are travelling and needed our 10,000k rotation and wheel alignment on our silverado. Easy book in and confirmed with BJ that they can do this on a Silverado. Well 2 hrs later and they couldn't do alignment as car is too long?? Then couldn't do the rotation as the hoist could not lift the car? Yes when I rang I confirmed that is was a Silverado and BJ confirmed they could do the life warranty. Seems as if no one knows what a Silverado weight and size is?? Everyone was nice and apologetic.
