Very disappointed with the service from Bob Jane Liverpool. About 10 months ago I had new tyres fitted and a wheel alignment done. Recently I went to rotate the tyres (moving the front wheels to the back) and discovered that one of the wheel studs had been cross-threaded. The nut was threaded initially by them and instead of fixing the issue they simply forced it in further. Great service and prices & very friendly staff
Visited Bob Jane T-Mart Liverpool today for new tyres, wheel balancing and wheel alignment. The mechanical work was completed, but the customer service experience was very poor. The older gentleman at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and unfriendly. When customers are paying for service, basic respect and professionalism should be expected. They also told me to come back in May with the service book for a free tyre alignment, but after this experience I will not be returning. Customer service needs serious improvement.
Love their customer service will be going there all the time from now on..
