I recently paid over $450 for 4 new tires and noticed shortly after that one of my wheel nuts looked to be loose. After trying to tighten it I realised my wheel nut had been completely stripped to the point it snapped my wheel stud taking it off. Was told fitting new tyres would take 1.5hr. took 3hrs, also had Kumho Crugen kl33 fitted, 3 made in Korea & one made in China, go figure??
Some businesses in Launceston could do with a trip to Bob Jane T-Mart and see first hand what efficient, friendly and incredible customer service looks and feels like. I arrived late on a Friday after landing in Ltn airport to find my right tyre dead flat with a nail. Drove to there and it was clear they were ready to close.
