i wasent going to say anything, but, you asked. booked a week prior to change, accepted quote on 4 kumho tyres. on the day i advised i would wait. nearly 4 hours later i got my car back. the reason, someone forgot to order 4 tyres, they only had 2. ok, mistakes happen no problem, but on a below 10c day the waiting room was a coolroom, dont even mention the coffee machine but worst of all, no bathroom facilities, big sign, EMPLOYEES ONLY. happy with the tyres, but
A big thanks to Will from Bob Jane who slotted me in to get four new tyres and a wheel alignment on my Ford Territory on the day without a booking , the staff did a great job fitting the tyres and with the alignment . I will be back again thanks guys

I had paid a deposit for new tyres and returned on the scheduled day to pay the remaining balance and requested a wheel alignment at the same time. However, I was only charged for the wheel alignment, not the balance of the tyres. When I pointed this out, I was told I had already paid in full. What followed was a frustrating experience where multiple staff members looked at the system with no clear resolution.
