Was told fitting new tyres would take 1.5hr. took 3hrs, also had Kumho Crugen kl33 fitted, 3 made in Korea & one made in China, go figure??
Some businesses in Launceston could do with a trip to Bob Jane T-Mart and see first hand what efficient, friendly and incredible customer service looks and feels like. I arrived late on a Friday after landing in Ltn airport to find my right tyre dead flat with a nail. Drove to there and it was clear they were ready to close.
