Good service, tyre change & alignment was quick. Only point was I found tyre pressures were left way too high, up to 50 psi.

Rang to book in a tyre rotation and wheel alignment on a Tesla, only to be to told, in no uncertain terms, that don't do wheel alignments on Teslas. I get it it that it's apparently more work required but the Bob Jane advertising quote themselves as EV experts.. for all EVs but Teslas it seems.
Took up an online offer over easter for tyres, where I was directed to book a time for fitting. System indicated they were open on Monday and allowed a booking. After a few days and without hearing back I called the store Monday morning. Phone system said they were assisting customers and the next service rep would answer when available. Tried to three seperate times to get through without success. Checked the opening hours via google which indicated the store was open.
