I have been going to Bob Jane Keperra for 14+ years. They have always been super helpful but it appears they are under new management & helpfulness from the new management is lacking. I had purchased a particular type of tyre for my car that Bob Jane did not sell. I brought them down as loose wheels (ie not on the car) & the young lady behind the counter began to book them in. Bob Jane T-Mart Keperra are wonderful and really helped me out of a really tricky spot by fitting me in on a very busy Saturday afternoon to replace a punctured tyre. Their support and service were fantastic, and I'll be going back
It's never fun buying tyres but my vist last week was very pleasing. The customer service I received was excellent. Very polite, professional people to deal with in a relaxed waiting room. A couple of weeks back I visited a tyre place just further down the Samford Rd and was treated like a 2nd rate citizen from the moment I approached the counter. Used to be a loyal customer, but extremely disappointed after today. I’ve been bringing my cars here for years and have always appreciated the great customer service until now. I had a punctured tyre and simply asked a staff member if they offered complimentary puncture repairs within 12 months, as I’ve seen other businesses do this to drive customer loyalty.
