Got a good deal on my tyres with them, the office/reception staff were great… but when one of the guys that do the service came to collect my car, I could feel his attitude right away. I politely come to him and apologise for my front tyre being so worn out. Suddenly, very rudely, he starts preaching this BS that he has kids and I was putting other peoples lives in danger, etc. Totally unnecessary. I had booked in to get a couple of hard to find tyres replaced which they had in stock. I received a call a couple hours before my appointment to advise that the 2 tyres were no longer available as they were 'mistakenly' sold to someone else.
Just spoke to Brian at Keperra. I asked him about a tire size that was too big for my car. He could’ve easily have accepted the money and put them on anyway. However, He was able to understand exactly what my intention was and what I wanted. He gave me suggestions for what I require Before I can fit these legal sized tires on. For that I will 100% be going back to Bob Jane T Mart. Also gave me advice on much more. This is the exact type of work that will make people come back, hence why I’m leaving this review.
