Do not take your vehicle here. I paid for 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment. After they complete what they can, they tell me they cannot complete the wheel alignment as there are seized bolts. Additionally, I notice a very loud, thumping noise coming from the rear of the vehicle when driving. This noise is completely new to me. They tell me they can complete the wheel alignment once I fix the seized bolts. Therefore I take it to another garage which they tell me theyve had no issue removing the bolts. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I called two days ago to book my car in for a tyre replacement (225/55R18s) and explicitly confirmed a date and time for the service. I was given a verbal confirmation over the phone and immediately received the emailed quote, which I took as further confirmation of the arrangement.
