The team of ppl who work at the Bob Jane T-Mart Highpoint store are awesome. They're polite, honest, kind, excellent at their job & most of all, they make you feel comfortable. If you need new tyers, or a puncture fixed, I would definitely & greatly recommend going to Bob Jane T-Marts Highpoint. All the staff seem like awesome ppl, who more so work in a team environment, and this environment truly helps the customer feel at ease, especially when wanting to ask a question. The guys at BJ- maribyrnong were great . Repaired my tyre quickly . Great service & ordered what was required & attended to the necessary repair efficiently.
Poor service.
Called in to get a valve stem/core checkup. Turns out to be a flat tire, but wasn't notified that my aftermarket wheel was being taken off till i arrived there myself to see a spare tire on my car. I preferred to have a checkup call that my wheels are being taken off and could've just left it on for me to drive it for a little bit. Customer service was alright. Didn't get a phone call about what was happening so was quite surprised to see my spare wheel on the car. But thanks anyways for the letting me know on the flat tire ... read more
