Bob and his crew were very efficient. Only took 30 minutes to change a punctured tire, very cheap, very satisfied.
Purchased a set of four tyres on the 1/7/25. Kuhmo ecsta ps71 Only to find my front passenger rim to be damaged upon inspection after the tyres were replaced. *Spoke to a saleperson on the 10/7/25 and said they would get in contact with the owner about it. 18/8/25 still no response.
Booked in for a wheel alignment & tyre rotation, & was told it would be 1.5 hours. After returning 2.5 hours later, in readiness to drive off in my car, I was told it wasn't ready. The guy said, "It's next on the hoist", but after watching - from the office - my car sad & motionless in the front car park for yet another 40 mins., with no one other than myself looking at it, I decided to leave. We called in with a flat tyre on a Saturday afternoon and despite them being very busy it was fixed within an hour at a very reasonable cost. Thanks so much- we will be back!
Very impressed extremely courteous and friendly service of a very high standard.Nice spot to wait while job done well and at time promised.Will be a regular customer and 3 month check up excellent.
