Utterly poor customer service. Poor communication and presentation and kept me waiting for the alloted 90 mins fitment time without starting the 1 tyre replacement I paid for. Tried to blame customers parked on site as the reason nothing had been done. Broken television in the waiting room so up get to enjoy sound but no picture along with a lack of seating. A poorly managed business.
I visited your store in Campbelltown South Australia for a puncture repair. I arrived at 8.00am and asked if it was possible, I was told too busy and come back at lunchtime. I went home removed the punctured tire, put on the space saver and returned at 12.38pm. I was then again told it was busy and to leave it, it would be done by the end of the day. The front desk staff did not practice customer service—there was no greeting, and he showed a lack of patience when dealing with customer. Also my car wasn’t ready for pickup on time; I had to wait an additional 30 minutes with no explanation for the delay. And No one took the time to go over the service report either. I understand that it’s not your business, no one cares about the customer service anymore in here.
This tyre service and wheel alignment took 5 trips as team found a cracked wheel rim. Off to get that put in for repair, third trip to pick it up, back for the service but wheel alignment macgine broken so 5 trip was to complete that. Wheels aligned, tyres checked, wheel rim repaired by another company so job all done. Happy team helped make car safer. Thanks.
