Bob’s Tyres & Timart in Gladesville offers some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t oversell, they give honest and practical advice, and even their puncture repairs are done properly—removed and repaired from the inside, not just plugged like many places do. The staff are very polite, honest, and transparent. This is the second time I’ve been there, and once again the customer service was exceptional. I would highly, highly recommend this place. BE WARNED I took my Lexus in for a wheel alignment as it was pulling to the left. They said they did the wheel alignment and it should be all fixed. The next day I drove to Sussex Inlet and it was no different. So the following day I took it to Bob Jane at Nowra. Their report was the wheel alignment was way out and they said they "could see no evidence of a spanner touching the car recently".
