Good blokes, looked after pretty well
Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this place. I brought in a flat tyre (that had already cost me a lot to change) and they decided to repair it. After over an hour (during which time they didn’t keep me updated on what they were doing) I drove home. 3 hours later we went to drive our car and the tyre was flat again. I rang Bob Jane TM and was told “it has never happened before and I must have run over another screw”. Um…no, your repair didn’t work. Had to pay a roadside another exorbitant fee to have the spare put back... read more
