Absolutely outstanding service from Bob Jane Geelong. I had a flat tyre with my 2-year-old daughter in the car and was lucky enough to just make it to the centre safely. They were literally closing up for the day, but instead of turning me away, they reopened and went out of their way to help me change the tyre — completely free of charge. Went here because other tyre places were useless. Bob Jane T-marts replaced my tyre and gave me a good price onsite. The other tyre place sold me $1000 for two front tyres in April and they were damaged within this time, I went in to ask for replacement and they said they couldn't help. Bob Jane's is the way to go.

Dion had listened to what I was after, suggested the different brand of tyres I could get and then explained the promotion offer. Dion was not pushy or dismissive and gave a me options and also explained what I was getting for my money. First time of having a great experience buying tyres.
