The guys at Bob Jane Fyshwick were so good too me. They were very kind in giving me advice, helped me in the immediate, gave me the best options for a good outcome, and did the work on my car. I always use Bob Jane’s at Fyshwick for my tyre and wheel needs because the staff and quality of service is excellent friendly and highly efficient.
I had a very mixed experience with Bob Jane yesterday. I had to send someone else in with my car as I was too sick so not just an ordinary situation. I found Cory to be really helpful and a good communicator both times I spoke to him on the phone and as a result the job was done and I assume done well. The other guy, who was there when the car was brought in was terrible service and showed no interest in helping me work out how to pay from a distance. So 5 stars for Corey and 2 for the other guy.
