I had the worst experience today at Bob Jane, firstly they fitted different speed/weight rating tyres, lucky I spotted this before I left, no apology just heres your invoice. Whilst driving home thought I should check the wheel nut caps, yep right front missing , another trip back, sitting waiting on the counter, no apology, just took them.
