Terrible communication skills from this guy Dan who made me an 11.00am booking for a wheel alignment and tyre rotation that was wrongly aligned from another Bob Jane store, causing my new tyres they fitted to wear out on left hand side ($1800 tyres mind you) .....It cost me $ 100 fuel and 3 hour drive for this booking.....Tells me on arrival only the wheel alignment can be done today, not the rotation and i will have to come back for the rotation another day !!....Im like im 3 hours away mate, I made a booking....he didn't c... read more
