His customer service is above and beyond, from his recommendations on tyres, accommodating my requirements, and making sure I was comfortable waiting in store. You get a trifecta here with Daniel, Service, Price, and Quality. I've been back twice in 6 months with 2 of our vehicles and will definitely bring the third in when the tires on that car need doing as well. Thank you for making it easy for me.
We had an excellent experience at Bob Jane in Frankston. Today, we discovered a screw in my tyre and called them for assistance. They said to come straight in... on a Saturday.. 45 mins and a hot chocolate later all was fixed! What impressed me the most is that they didn’t charge us at all for the repair!...Happy Easter..
