The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a booking for 8 am for 4 tyres. This is the first booking of the day, Arrived at 8 am it was pouring with rain, so I parked out the front of the shop and was not parking anyone in was told by the manager, Mitch, to move my car to a parking spot over in the car park was then told it would take 1.5 hours to fit 4 tyres when i said i had a booking for 8 am and it is your first job surly it can be done quicker, I was told by Mitch that there is a lot more in it than you t... read more

I had 4 new falken wildpeak at4w tyres put on my car. When I went to pay my card didnt work so I said my wife has her card and she was just sround the corner. When I went to pick her up I realised one of the tyres was a at3w tyre with different load rating. When I arrived back to pay I told them they put the wrong tyre on and they fixed it. I did however ask them if they needed to do a allignment on vehicle as new tyre is being put on and was told I didnt have too and itll be all good. Took my car here for a puncture repair, and they said ok they will do it, first it took them 45 mins to check it and $45 to repair. When I got back, they told me they couldn't repair it and offered me new tyres, I only wanted the repair as my tyres were already newish. They were just trying to sell me new tyres. Funny thing i went to a competitor and they happily repaired my tyre for $20 and they said this was an easy fix. Definitely don't recommend these guys!!!
