I have had over 4.4 million views on my reviews and seeing that I am a local guide, I decided to review Bob Jane T-Marts Erina. This was my first and LAST time I will use them. I took my 4x4 in for a full set of new tyres end of March 2025. After arriving at 7:45am and being their 1st customer of the day, it took them 3 and a half hours to change 4 tyres. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very poor customer service, unprofessional job. After a bad job of a puncture repair I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned to have the tyre replaced, thinking i may get a discount for coming back, which I didnt, and after purchasing 2 new tyres and putting one of the old ones back as spare they didnt put the tyre cover (prado) back on properly so when I left it fell off, lucky I was in a car park, would hate to think if it happened on a busy road doing higher speeds.
