I had an exceptional experience at Bob Jane Devonport after getting four new tyres for my DMAX. A few months later, something sliced through the sidewall of one tyre. I called and spoke with Grant, who made some calls and arranged for a replacement to be delivered, as they didn’t have one in stock. He fit me in the next day and went above and beyond to keep me updated and make sure the issue was resolved quickly. I live nearly two hours away, but I’d gladly make the trip again for this level of service.
