Contacted the shop this morning at 9am as I had found a screw in my tyre and a slow leak. Brock was more than helpful and managed to fit me in despite being fully booked. Upon arrival the team gave me options to wait around or come back later that afternoon to collect the puncture repair. Before I had a chance to leave the boys had me sorted and out the door and insisted on not charging me for the repair. Good old fashioned customer service is hard to come by these days.
