I have always supported Bob-Jane. Recently moved to the Clarkson area. What an absolutely awful experience! Chap behind reception was distracted and took a while to even acknowledge me when I was the only one at the counter. I had a small job and was instructed that I should come back tomorrow as they weee expecting jobs to come in and staff were also leaving early. Poor service attitude! Booked in a new set of tyres pre selected droped my car off waited 3 hours for them to tell me that they didn't have any tyres completely pathetic wasting my time
I needed a new set of tyres for my Audi TT and dreaded the task of finding anything reasonably priced, with good customer service locally. After doing a bit of research, I was very happy to get a competitive deal (buy 3 tyres get 1 free) from Bob Jane T-Marts in Clarkson on four Bridgestone Adrenalin RE005s, which included fitting and balancing.
