Waited 1.5 hours for a regular alignment & balance the car wasn’t attended to so ended up calling it a day. What a waste of time & horrible customer experience. On top of that the staff wasn’t even apologetic or empathetic. Not stepping foot in this shop again & will be happy to take my business elsewhere.

Great customer service from the sales assistant and person filling tyres. Got nitrogen topped up in tyres. Jackson was great yesterday- he filled up the nitrogen and even taught me about the car - exhaust, oil, battery, water checks and how to check if there are any issues. Today Corey topped up the nitrogen! Great attitude!!
Not a great experience, Made a booking for 11 am and showed up at 10:50. Car didn't go in till 1:30pm, wheel alignment is still slightly out, I understand it's hard to get perfect. Wheel nuts were torqued down so tight (obviously with a rattle gun) it took 200nm of torque from my torque wrench to break free. Couldn't even line up the marks on the tires with valve for pumping them up. On the plus side once the car went in it took 30 minutes.
