Unfortunately, during the service, your staff broke the wheel lock key inside the wheel bolt of my BMW X4. When I asked about this, I was told that the key was already broken before the service. However, I was not informed at the time that a piece of the key had remained stuck inside the wheel. The WORST service in Brisbane. My wife took our car in to have a small tire bolt removed and ended up with a huge loss. The terrible employee broke the key while removing the wheel for maintenance. He and his supervisor took advantage of the situation because she was a woman and lied together, saying the key was broken and didn't work. The funny thing is, the broken part of the key is on the wheel where the maintenance should have been done. Disappointing Experience at Bob Jane T-Marts Carina I took my car to Bob Jane T-Marts Carina at the scheduled time for a simple puncture repair. After waiting for 1.5 hours in their office, I finally asked why it was taking so long—only then was I told the tyre was “not repairable.” No one had the courtesy to update me during that entire wait. I don’t recommend this shop. Because the staffs here don’t have skill to fix car if they damage your car by mistakes. They only know changing Tyres and alignment. I had a wheel alignment done here, after the wheel alignment it was still leaning to the right, after adjustments there was no improvement and I had an ESC malfunction light on the way home and the reversing camera stop start etc cannot be used.
