Had some bad luck with what I thought was double punctures. Ended up being a bead issue. Able to fix my issue and very friendly staff. Busy and had to book but worth the wait
Why ask someone to make an appointment at 1pm and then not take the car in till 230pm. We were told when we brought it in that it'll take 90 minutes to check the tyres. Not the first time here either
If I could put 0 stars, I would! I attended at your store on Monday 25th August for a simple tyre repair ($45). Unfortunately, during the service, your staff broke the wheel lock key inside the wheel bolt of my BMW X4. When I asked about this, I was told that the key was already broken before the service. However, I was not informed at the time that a piece of the key had remained stuck inside the wheel.
