I went into BJ Cairns today to ask for quotes on tyres after checking out their website and coming up with a shortlist of tyres in various price ranges. I was fed a bunch of lines from a fast talking, condescending "salesman" named James who told me all the budget options were "unsuitable for my vehicle" or "out of stock nationwide"... I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner by anyone who expected to actually close a deal, in my life!
