James and the whole team at Bob Jane Cairns were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, James was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. I had new rims and tyres fitted, and because I went with bigger tyres, James went above and beyond to make sure the exact rims would be the perfect fit. Great service Great price for tyres Great after service
Very disappointing service and pushy sales tactics. After I dropped off my car, I received a call telling me I needed to change all four tyres. I explained that I had already replaced two tyres 3–4 months ago. The staff member then said, “Okay, we’ll check the tyres again for free within 3 months, and you should change them.” When I picked up my car and drove home, I realised the workshop hadn’t even put air in the older tyres to properly balance the car.
