Very very high standard of customer service and they have a great sense of urgency. Also the communication they provide on parts arrival on point.
Got my van there this morning, the gentleman at front was prompt to serve me and the puncture was done within 10 mins I come from Perth, seldom id find somewhere so prompt in everything. It’s not like they weren’t busy, good lord they had cars lined up the blokes there were efficient enough.
This review is late and dates back to May and June of this year. My long term rental was placed on the market and sold in May. I ended up living in a van and placing ,what was left of, my belongings in storage. On the second day, of living in my van, I peeled a tyre off the rim at bunnings. I called Bob Jane T-mart and was told they don't do call outs but he would come and help in half an hour or so.
