If you have black wheels, absolutely do not let them touch them they will get scratched and chipped. When I confronted them about the damage, they tried arguing that it was due to a poor paint job. Even though the paint was from Mazda, I stood there firmly telling the manager that my rims did not look like that when I brought them in. His response was dismissive, indicating he wouldn't fix them, which felt entirely unprofessional.
