I would never ever take your car here especially if you have a Ford. It all started when I saw a guy hammering the socket on to one of my lugnuts while waiting for my car to be finished. I've taken off every tyre on this car before and know my lugnuts were in perfect condition when I brought it there. I went to Bob Jane T-Marts for a tyre pressure check as I was unsure about the correct pressure for my car. Ian at the front desk couldn’t have been less interested. If you don’t want to help customers with tyre pressure checks, then stop advertising it on your website. If you’re too busy to assist, just say so. Thankfully, I went a few hundred metres down the road to JAX Tyres & Auto, where the team couldn’t have been more helpful. The difference in customer service was night and day.
Make sure to take pictures of your wheels as proof before giving them your car. Dropped my car off for a tyre replacement, and when I picked it up, my wheels were scratched up. I asked why and instead of helping, they acted like I was lying. One staff member was decent, but another bloke started yelling at me accusing me of making it all up. Just picked up our vehicle after getting new tyres fitted following problem with tyres while travelling. In less than a day, Ian has managed to find our unusual size tyres, get them his store (thank you Ian’s wife ) and fitted us in the next morning. And the nicest man to deal with. AMAZING SERVICE! And easy to do a little shopping at the plaza while waiting. Highly recommend!!!
