I had a positive experience with Bob Jane, they were prompt and friendly when I went in to change over my tyres
Got 4 tyres from Bob Jane Blakhurst August 2024. Spent $700. When I was getting rego inspection on my vehicle last week the mechanic rejected the pink slip due to the tyres being work out on the inside. Said that the cars alignment was out which I had done when the tyres were fitted. Rang a month after the tyres were fitted to get a slow leak fixed and at the time was given excuses how it couldn't be done at the time. Wouldn't go back Happy to take the money, after sales service not so good.

These guys have always been outstanding and 5 starts up until now. I am wondering if the old owners/operators have sold as it seems new guys managing the store. I had taken both my Porsche and Mercedes for tyre repairs here and always superior service and great value. Had my first below par experience with them. Had a damaged wheel, the team member reviewed the damage and advised he would let me know cost and time of repairs later that day whilst eating a sushi roll. He never got back to me.
