Had a wheel alignment completed recently which didn’t feel quite right. Contacted bob jane who determined it would be best to have my steering and alignment done by a mechanic at the same time to make an accurate adjustment. Tong was understanding and refunded my money. I have used and recommended them for over 10 years and this is the only issue I’ve had so it’s good to know they do the right thing for the customer.
