The job was done well replacing two of my tyres, but the time taken was 2hr 15min which to me was unreasonable. I was supposed to be booked in for 2-3pm. Two other customers who came after me, one was an hour later got hers done before mine??? Seems like the booking time is irrelevant??
Been here 3 times to get nitrogen gas pump up since they changed management. And no luck. Make sure U make an appointment even when U r just filling up gas. Properly better off going to another branch . Easier
While i haven't engaged directly with the services of Bob Jane Atarmon, I broke down on Pacific Hwy earlier today and received the unprompted assistance of two staff members from the company within a minute of stopping who took it upon themselves to help get my car safely off the road and guide me to the best of their knowledge on what to do.
