I wouldnt recommend this Artarmon store. I went in there for a puncture fix, but they told me that my tyre was completely cracked and needed replacing. This came as a surprise since my car is less than three years old and I hadn’t noticed any issues. There was no visible damage, yet they were quite insistent that I needed a new tyre. Eventually, I agreed to the replacement, but after the job was done, I noticed they hadn’t even reinstalled the spare tyre properly. Wish I had read the reviews before booking in. When I booked and reconfirmed i was told it would take an hour to hour and half to get two new tyres fitted. After 1.45 the car still wasn’t on the hoist and was advised it would still take a further 45 minutes to get the job done when it finally made it onto the lift.Not sure who organises the bookings but suggest a longer period between bookings might help. Wheels were found to be put back on in wrong sequence.when took it for wheel alignment. Mmmmm
Has been told that a tyre which I would like to fit is not suitable for my car as I do have commercial tyre and my choice does not have enough loading rate. They refused to fit it. I do have a tyre with loading rate 975kg per tyre (load rating 107) I was asking for a tyre with a loading 1000kg ( load rating 108) with reinforced side wall. They ignore And I went to another Bob Jane and no problem as new tyres will fully comply. Accept a decision but not my time wasted.
