The staff on hand saw my vehicle arrive and addressed me by name as I came in. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. Very pleasant. Whilst waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I was impressed with the good work atmosphere of the crew and the customer care that took place with other customers. It made me decide that the Armadale, WA centre will be the one I will patronise and recommend going forward.
