Had a tyre repair and was happy with how everything was done with the work and service
Been going to this place for atleast 2 decades, waited around for numerous hours when I got told it wont be long, I've never worried too much, but the way Marcus just spoke to me on the phone when I simply asked if repairing a screw in a tyre was still 10 bucks as thats what ive paid in the past, i will not be returning. Paid almost 5 grand for wheels to fit a prado 2 or 3 years ago to which rubbed on something on the inside and has ruined my rims, no accountability, no offer to replace or repair, just told me it was concern... read more
Incredibly happy with Marcus and his team! I have had a van for 15 years and NOBODY has been able to do a wheel alignment properly. Most shops only adjust the TOE and forget about the rest (camber and caster) because it is too time consuming. On many occasions I have specifically asked shops to make adjustments to the camber and caster and they all say yes initially and then give all the excuses in the world for why they didn't do it!
