I asked for spare to be put on front with new tyre purchased and use the the other tyre as spare wasn't done didn't realise till later which I shouldn't of been seeing

Took my car in to have 2 new tyres fitted to the front wheels. Specifically asked that they are to be the same as the back tyre. When I got home I noticed that they were not the same. At no stage was I informed that different tyres to the ones I had purchased over the phone had been fitted. Rang them up to discuss the problem, only to be given inaccurate information. Dishonest, untrustworthy and deceptive conduct.
