While the fence is ok, the customer service I received is beyong appalling: 1. They changed the installation date from the 29th to the 26th without even the courtesy of consulting me. 2. They failed to show up at the time indicated on the first day of work, leaving me waiting without notice. 3. The phone number they gave me as a contact number for the supervisor in charge of my fence didn’t work 4. This was not as hoped. Alfono and team arrived 0930 - (told to expect him 7:30-8:30). They removed my fence and 2 metal posts that hold patio lights (attached to the fence posts for stability) - We discussed putting them back the same way - When I returned the fence is fresh and new - but does not line up - and patio lights still on ground. I called and spoke to Bobbie then Bob (neither of whom had seen the project) "not sure how to fix it" Alfono had plenty of time to contemplate my fence - I picked up 6 cigarette butts too... read more
Horrible. Spent 4K on a fence. Problems 3 months later with the gate. WOILD NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK. I tell everyone who asks me about them. I simply say go somewhere else.
