AVOID this FRAUDULENT Irrigation business like the PLAGUE!!! We have well water for our irrigation system that is used to water our lawn and plants. Due to the high iron content 5 years ago I had a Chemical Tank with injection system installed to help mitigate the high concentration of iron from the well water. RecommendedI could not figure out why I kept getting oxidation staining on my walkways when my sprinklers were pulling from a lake behind my new house. I should have called them months sooner. Their tech came out and diagnosed my problem immediately. The previous owner of my house had abandoned the lake intake and used a hidden well. They promptly came back out to do the work, bypassed the well, installed a new 50ft. intake line with check valve from my lake to my pump to correct the issue, trenched and filled, done in half a day. Spoke with him, he seems to have a bit of a personality problem and also has absolutely no customer service skills. It seems that he only does things his own one track way and is unwilling to be flexible or open minded. I concluded that it’s better to stay away from this guy move on to someone else. 2 thumbs down
My biggest mistake in my home improvement project was to hire Bob Irsay Irrigation Design to install an enhanced irrigation system for my new landscape. Bob Irsay was disrespectful, rude, forgetful , irresponsible. He delivered a very poor product with very poor, incomplete workmanship. Shoddy, unacceptable service. Bob Irsay is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE .
