Very disappointed in the character and integrity of this dealership and especially the manager i worked with, Joe. I’m not typically one to complain but that’s how unimpressed i was with the people here and would love to save someone else the trouble of having to deal with them and hopefully steer them to doing business elsewhere. Trinity with Mark Allen GMC listened to what I was looking for in a new truck and showed me the options they had available. The one I really wanted was at a higher price point then I wanted and between my trade, rebates etc they were able to get me into the truck I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. My husband and I just got a new car from them. I’ve been a previous customer with them and they still do the best job ever. Our salesman was Brian Rosen and he was so very nice and informative. If buying ask for Chance. They were very easy to work with. Helped us get into a really nice ride. They had documentation of the vehicles maintenance records and a carfax report in hand. We use them for service on our two family vehicles. No issues. Mark and Zoya were on site and treated us like family.
