Three times of pretty bad experiences on oil change and repair services. Both times the oil pans got damaged after oil changed and end up we have to pay half price for replacements for our Toyota Camry and Toyota 4 runner. They blamed our cars were old. Plus after 4 runner’s repairing, they forgot place back the splash guard back that we found out right before a long road trip, and trip was delayed 2-3 hours since we have to drive back to dealership and wait for the part to be placed back.

I scheduled an oil change based on the price quoted online, but was charged about $30 more when I checked out without any explanation or prior approval. More concerning, my vehicle developed a noticeable wobble at highway speeds after the service. If an issue was found during the inspection, it was never communicated to me.
