Terrible customer service.
UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE Came in at 12 to do an oil change My vehicle is still not ready and no one told me that they were extremely busy and the wait time would be longer than normally, went to find the gentleman who's working on my vehicle to find him sitting at a desk he said he'd be ready in 20 minutes that was an hour ago. I'm unable to reach a supervisor My phone's about to die I can't even get to my vehicle and I am an hour late for work now due to their inconvenience
Mark really went out of his way to help us. He coordinated with third parties on our behalf, was patient, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were taken care of. It would have been easy for him to be dismissive of our situation, but he cared enough to see it through for us. He is a great representative of the service department and the reason for our positive experience.
I brought my car in for a simple repair, and the experience turned into a nightmare. I ended up having to get my insurance involved and the appraiser had trouble getting ahold of Toyota all week. Manager was unhelpful, as was the advisor assigned to my car. The situation was so poorly handled that I had to move my car to another shop to get the repairs started. I would not recommend this place.
I had a pretty frustrating experience getting an oil change this morning. I was told the wait would be around 2–3 hours, which was already a bit much, but I ended up waiting nearly 4 hours in the lobby. The worst part was finding out my car had actually been ready for a while and no one had told me. I dropped off my car at 8:27 a.m., and it was actually ready by 9:05 a.m., but I wasn’t informed and ended up waiting until noon.
