They lie and tell you that you need thousands of dollars worth of parts when you don’t need them because they are trying to basically get you to buy one of their used or new cars or spend thousands of dollars unnecessarily. I will no longer take my vehicle there for anything because I cannot trust them. Do yourself a favor and go to Orr Nissan!
They have a good price on oil changes if your time doesn't equal money. I suggest they start giving people estimated wait time because I didn't expect to wait 3 hrs or more in 2026. If you are retired with nothing else to do this is a great place to come but other than that I would go somewhere else.
Robert T. in the Service department is hands down the personification of top-tier customer service. In person, he is very engaging to talk to and makes sure all your questions are answered. His voicemails are extremely detailed, and he follows up as needed. Robert truly made a difference in my experience, and he deserves to be recognized!!!

My experience with anybody it works for Nissan since I bought my Pathfinder has been horrible. But this Nissan dealership, the guy that sold me my transmission fluid gave me a discount on my transmission fluid it's $28 for one quart. My transmission is failing I took it to the dealership on i-240 and they charged me $200 to diagnose it when this dealership doesn't charge you that at all they charge you nothing.
